A full or part-time vet is required to join a practice caring for companion animals, exotic pets, birds, and the occasional native animal.

The practice has been providing a friendly, caring and professional service to the local community since 2000. It is well equipped with modern equipment, including an x-ray machine and digital processor, dental unit, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitoring and full surgery.

This position would suit a motivated and enthusiastic veterinarian. The senior vets at the practice have a wealth of knowledge and are happy to support and guide less experienced vets when needed.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or an equivalent degree recognised in Australia.

- Ability to work with fellow team members and build rapport with clients.

- A positive 'can do' & ready to learn attitude.

- A desire to grow yourself and develop your career.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

What's in it for you?

- Equity within the business - making you a part-owner!

- A competitive salary with regular performance reviews.

- CPD allowance + 1 week of study leave per year.

- A flexible working week.

- Access to a wide support network with like-minded professionals.

- An interesting role where no two days are the same!

- A dynamic and supportive team environment.

The practice is located on the NSW Central Coast. The area is a tranquil hideaway with big attractions in every direction. Spend your downtime hiking, horse riding, kayaking on the lake, surfing or relaxing on the beautiful beaches.
