A veterinarian is required to join a practice in the Canterbury Region of New Zealand.

The practice would ideally like to employ a companion animal vet to provide a routine service to the local community. However, applications are also welcome from mixed practice vets.

The successful applicant will ideally have two years' experience.

The hospital is part of a larger group of practices. The practice has all of the equipment to undertake high quality, small animal practice. This includes IDEXX machine, endoscope, laparoscope, ultrasound and digital x-ray.

The usual clinic hours are:

8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.

The practice is located close to ski slopes, camping, water sports, restaurants, shops, schools and leisure facilities.
