A progressive, growing, expanding practice close to Adelaide is seeking a new graduate veterinarian to join their busy, fast-paced clinic.

The high-quality practice offers support and mentorship whilst giving vets the chance to develop their own caseload. The practice has a great surgical caseload, providing the opportunity to gain experience with a diverse range of surgical cases and procedures.

There is also the opportunity to learn and perform some reproduction work if desired; however, this is not a requirement.

Vets are well-supported by a team of vet nurses.

The practice is purpose-built and well-equipped with a modern colour Doppler ultrasound, x-ray suite with four-way floating table and digital x-ray, rigid and flexible endoscopy, air-powered dentistry, pulse oximetry, Baer hearing machine and humidicribs. It also has a fully equipped in- house IDEXX laboratory and Immulyte Immunoassay analyser. The surgery suite is fully equipped with excellent monitoring equipment (ECG, pulse oximetry, non-invasive blood pressure monitor), and roof-mounted surgical lighting. The clinic is computerised with Cornerstone software.

The clinic opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm. No Sundays.

A hydrotherapy centre provides rehabilitation to post-surgery cases. Vets with an interest in canine rehabilitation can further their skills and knowledge if desired.

Continuing education is encouraged, and study leave/allowance is provided.

There is a good mix of country life with the convenience of city entertainment and services close by. The practice is located within an hours drive from Adelaide and only 30 minutes to the beach.
