Clinic opening hours are 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays. There is no after-hours work, and the practice is closed on Sundays.

Full-time employment consists of four days per week plus every second Saturday.

This is a 2-vet, 3-nurse practice with three dedicated receptionists.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.

The practice is well-equipped with full in-house IDEXX pathology (including automated urine sediment analyser), new ultrasound facilities, whole body and dental computed radiography, IM3 dental suite, digital tonometry, and modern surgical and anaesthetic facilities. The clinic is computerised with Bee Free software.

The practice is located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. It is an easy drive to enjoy the beach, the Dandenong Ranges or the Mornington Peninsula for a lazy Sunday lunch.
