A well-established practice in Sydney's Inner West is currently recruiting for an experienced veterinarian to take on the role of Lead Vet.
This role will see you leading a passionate team to deliver personalised, professional and dedicated care to the patients and their owners. You will be responsible for the management and supervision of the financial and clinical function of the business. You will have the opportunity to really make this role your own with a wide support network.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor of Veterinary Science + current NSW Veterinary Board Registration or eligibility for veterinary board registration in Australia
- Proven veterinary experience within a senior role will be highly regarded but not mandatory - the employer will consider an experienced vet looking for the next step in their career
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, compassionate, and professional demeanour
- An ability to adapt to change
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Leadership skills and team orientated
