Would you like to live and work in some of Australia's most beautiful cattle country? With rolling green hills and easy access to the beach, this area has lots to offer.

This position can involve either 100% small animal work or small animals and cattle.

The ideal applicant will enjoy life in the country. Mixed practitioners should be competent with routine cattle work such as calvings, preg testing and Caesareans.

The practice sees an interesting small animal caseload, including referrals from other practices in the area. The owner has memberships in surgery and enjoys orthopaedics such as TPLO's.

The practice is well-equipped with digital radiography, small and large animal ultrasound and orthopaedic equipment.

The employer is willing to assist with a work permit (sponsorship) for suitable overseas candidates. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) and be eligible for registration as a veterinary practitioner in Australia.

The practice owner is more than willing to offer support and mentoring to a new member of staff.
